Here is how our Reservation Process works:

After receiving the Booking Request we will check the Availability of the Rooms & send you an E-mail confirming your Reservation Dates or offering you an Alternative in case we are Booked. Our E-mail to you also contains our Reservation and Cancellation Policy (See below on this Page also), the Amount of the Deposit we ask you to Pay to confirm your Reservation. Once you have decided for a permanent booking, we will Email an Invoice for you to pay the Deposit.
All Payments are done smoothly and free for you via PayPal & with all major Credit Cards.

Simply make the Deposit to confirm your Reservation with us. Once we have received your Deposit your Reservation is confirmed and we will ask you for your Flight Details to arrange the Transfer from and to the International Airport in Krabi or Phuket.

Our Cancellation policy

If you fail to arrive to the Hotel for the Day booked (no-show situation) no Refunds will be made for that Day(s). (We kept that Room free for you and therefore could not sell it to another Guest.)

We will not refund to you the Deposit you have made in case of Cancellations received later than 14 Days prior to your booked Arrival Date.

We will charge two Nights and refund the Remainder of your Deposit for Cancellations we receive 32 to 14 Days prior to your booked Arrival.

Many of our Guests are Long-term Guests. Depending on the Season we offer special Rates for Long-term Guests. Please contact Scandinavian Residence for Details. In Cases where we grant Discounts, we will ask you to kindly pay the full Amount calculated in advance. If you received a Discount but then want to leave earlier, we will charge the full Room Rates for the Duration of your stay.

In the case of Cancellation a handling Fee may apply
